Our company is owned by a father and son team, with others that we consider family. Guy Black, the founder of our company retired in 2021, Anthony Black, Guy's youngest son, he joined the company in the early 80's and helped to setup the company's electronic filing. Since then, other members have come on board, and all have helped to grow this business.  Michelle Parnell has been with us since 2003, she is also a tax preparer as well as the go to person for all IRS and state tax issues.  Tracy Gummer has been with us since 2005, she is the face that greets you when coming in the office but takes care of so much more.
